I have been renting storage units with Armor Storage at the Lacey location for several years now and couldn’t be more pleased. Bryant the store manager has always been more then accommodating to all my needs always friendly and professional excellent customer service this business is exceptional on all levels I recommend this Armor Storage location above any and all other storage rentals 100%!!

The manager here is a very strange man. Also I swore I smelled urine in the office.

I stored an entire house of goods here for years. It was five star in every way.

A storage that meets just about every need. 1) It is secure. You need an access code to enter. Cameras are everywhere also 2) Deceivingly large. Once inside there is more than one floor with an elevator 3) It's climate controlled so no need to worry about moisture and also seems to be critter proofed. 4) They have large garages for vehicles 5) they have boxes, tape, labelers, bubble wrap, tape, etc so your storing needs are met here.

This is probably one of the best storage units I’ve ever had business with. First and foremost, the customer service is nothing short of superb. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Trisha at one unit and Ms. Calin (apologies if I misspelled your name) at another. Tail of the tape, I relocated from TX to the WA area (an egregious drive to say the least) and reserved this unit because of their flexible deals/promos. In the midst of getting moving around with a U-haul, I didn’t realize that I went to the wrong location. However, it was nothing to fret about, they were oh so very helpful and knowledgeable. Additionally, it is well fortified which and well kept, which proceeds their namesakes reputation. Furthermore, the level of convenience with the loading docks for big trucks, a push cart, and an elevator, is next level efficiency. I’m sure there are some good storage units out there but this one is probably the best.

My husband and I were trying to drop off our auto-transport at a UHaul location, but they were super rude to us and would not let us drop off the auto-transport before we moved our things into Armor Storage. My husband and I talked to Bryant, the manager, asking if he knew of any other UHaul locations that would be nicer to us and could take our auto-transport. He helped us find another location and was super helpful throughout the whole process. If it weren’t for Bryant, my husband and I would have had to go back to the location where they were really rude.

I called before the office opened, did not leave a message and the man called me back as soon as the office did open. He made it possible to rent a unit over the phone. So helpful and kind! Thank you!

Great location, affordable units, friendly awesome staff, clean inside & out, accessable bathroom on site, flatbeds... I'd recommend this storage facility to anyone!!

Efficient and helpful

It was a Sunday and I needed to rent storage to move my college student out of dorms. I was desperate only had the day to move. Armor made it easy with online and hotline. Got it done ! So grateful! Thanks Armor!

Bryant at front desk is very polite, informative, and patient. Had a difficult situation and was planning on moving to another storage site, but Bryant was able to work it out with ease and without issue. This storage was heated and clean, easily accessible. There was even an overhang so nothing got wet during unloading and loading. The manager Bryant made renting the unit very easy!

They say they open at 9:30 AM on Mondays. I was there and they were not. Threw some lame excuse about car trouble after calling every number of theirs I could find. In the age of Uber car trouble is no excuse for not getting to work. Plus their gate was locked so I couldn't even access the units. They cost me money because of this. I had to quickly rent another unit with another company so I could unload my uhaul and get it back before I was charged for more time. I had it all planned out but... Rent elsewhere is what I'm saying.

This place is really nice, clean and I feel safe here! ‘Im pretty sure I don’t have to worry about any mold growth here as everything is regulated. The storage is dry and climate controlled! ❣️ So far I’m pleased with my space!

I've had many storage units, and this one, by far, is a win. They have been super cool to me in general, and having a heated unit seriously makes all the difference. Plus, their bathrooms are immaculate for a "public" bathroom. Which is insanely important since covid. Since I have a child, I know that when you are out and about, when the kiddo has gotta go, most places don't let you use their bathrooms anymore! 10/10 definitely recommend this unit. I've even personally gotten a friend of mine to rent here aswell!
